We stayed in the room with a separate bedroom, and sleeper couch. I’ll cover the pros, which are many, and then the cons. The living room was a pretty good size. The TV was large and not too distant that you needed binoculars to see. There are 36 cable channels, no channel guide, Disney or National Geographics. There was a comfortable easy chair. The bedroom had a queen bed that was comfortable and the TV in the bedroom was large and easy to sea from the bed. There was a small area that can be used as a desk. Like in the living room, lots of drawers and good closet space. The kitchen had a fairly large dining room table. There was a full-size fridge with an automatic ice-maker and full-size microwave – not the small hotel sized ones. The kitchen was stacked with plenty of plates, flatware, pots and pans. There was a dishwasher and an electric stovetop. There was plenty of paper towels when needed. There was even a bulletin board in the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious. The bathtub was quite comfortable. There was good water pressure. Importantly, there was plenty of counter space around the bathroom sink and the lighting was outstanding. There were three towels and each one was of high quality with plenty of thick water absorbing strands. There is plenty of drawer, shelf and closet space for anyone. The A/C is controlled by a modern thermostat. There was very good lighting in all the rooms and big windows that could be partially opened. There were lots of electrical outlets, and a clock radio next to the bed. There was also lots of closet space to hang up your wardrobe. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with whatever I needed. All phone calls were free of charge. There were lots of luggage carriers so I never had any problems getting one to load or offload the car. You need a car because there’s nothing to walk to.

It’s a very comfortable place and very relaxing. But for the cost and the staff make you feel uncomfortable or awkward about trying to book there. When I first booked in to get situated the front desk clerk gave me a hard time and wasn’t very helpful or professional. She made me feel uncomfortable and like I was not welcome. After that the security guard yelled at us like we were making a lot of noise but we wasn’t and we repeatedly asked him why did he approach us in that manner. He walked away like we had did something. I’ve enjoyed this place before that’s why I wanted to return but I will have to think about that next time.

I liked the kitchenette and the cleanliness of the kitchenette and the bathroom. The staff were nice and informative and everything you might need in the kitchenette and room was available. The room was spacious and had a good desk area for working. Overall I liked my stay and it was great for what I needed.

The staff (everyone i met, including housekeeping), was efficient, friendly and accommodating. The few issues I had were taken care of quickly. The room had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Weekday and weekend staff were on the ball.
